Howdy!

My name is Erin Eastham. I am a freelance illustrator from Illinois. I attended the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design with a major in illustration. I have a passion in creating pieces that focus on whimsy through bright, eye-catching colors. My main interest is to be able to work in picture book illustration, creating fantastical worlds for children.

Growing up my parents taught me the importance of our natural spaces. I used to go traveling with them on road trips to various National Parks where we would hike and try to look for cool little critters. On these trips I learned a lot from different plants and animals to natural history and fossils. From these experiences, I think it is really important to not only protect these places but learn from them as well. This has helped influence and shape my art style and what I show through my art.
